[CP] UK Continued Aggression

Well as congress has decided on continued aggression on the UK and the nation like myself likes war, time to give me the tools to wage it.

As were close to a new election I don't want to make any more withdrawls from the bank for the rest of the term. I'd like whoever is CP next to have a few bucks to work with outside of resigning MPP's. Holy crap I can plan ahead and not be selfish who knew?

So aha congress I operated without an official budget while waging war not breaking the country and leaving workable monies in the coffers to start a new term. Score one for the warmonger formely known as Rylde. A budget they says.

Had some good wars on offence while more of the same on defence while holding down the UK during the tourney. Far as a Rylde term goes, pretty good. Were not wiped and had alot of fun.

Course the failed lack of commincation has lost us our bit of advantage but in all honesty its prolly for the best as UKs allies now think they can hold there own with out big daddy strolling in.

Turn the tide back in our Favour.
