Rylde defended Democracy?

Well as the CP it is my job to write and communicate as I have not done so far this term. I won't lie after defending my soon to be presidency from Beorn and then mainly from DMV after he took it over. The whole thing was so stupid I couldn't even bother writing about it until now. I lost my motivation to give the game much attention and even less of my money.

Had it all happened a few days earlier I probably would have stepped out of the race altogether in favour of Klop. DMV seized the opportunity to try and wrestle the country away with very high CO's after Beorn did a good job until I broke him. I don't think Dennis thought I would match him every step of the way in our retarded game of chicken.

Alot was said behind closed doors about the incident that wasn't made public. All I'll say is DMV opened up with a you would take the opportunity yourself line if the rolls were reversed in the beginning. After it became apparent he was going to lose it became about standing up to me being a bully threatening coups. Probably after all that was spent it was the best way for him to justify it all to himself.

He's partly right as I would have taken the opportunity if given to me during peacetime. I would not split the nation further during a 3 nation invasion as he did. In the end it was just a massive waste of money that could of been used better later.



Operation Attrition

Were currently being held under occupation from Albania and Italy. Our only recourse is at this time is to create resistance wars whenever possible against both Italy and Albania.

We'll start them whenever we have the people available and concentrate fire during our primetime regardless of the score. When possible I'll leave up a minimum CO in D4 to further attempt to wear down Albania and italy.

This is our strategy and I'm sticking to it for the remainder of my term so that probably means no congress and we'll continue to be under occupation for some time. We used to be good at this type of guerrilla warfare and we'll have to start being good at it again as we used it successfully in the past.

There's zero chance we'll be looking to cut any deals as we've been conquered for months at a time in the past by much larger superior opponents and its only been a week so far. So buckle in and stand fast cause its going to be a war of attrition.

As time passes it will just get harder on them to keep us down and we'll concentrate all our firepower on whichever of the 2 shows weakness first.

At this time no cavalry is coming as much is going on with our allies and we'kll have to just do our best as is at this time. Atleast until Klop can attempt to work his magic as MoFa.



Your Govt

My Cabinet is made up of the usual suspects mostly with a healthy mix of CPF and Whorehouse members with a little MDP mixed in for flavour.

Klop is of course the nations Minister of Foreign affairs. As of now the worlds a mess and everyone has there own problems but he's always waiting in the wings to get us support when things start to settle around the globe.

Exalted Druid Minister of defence with TBRaiders as his deputy. Mostly to handle updating of battle orders when required and to give advice.

Xichael is Lord of war offering support and advice doing a little bit of everything when required.

Xander Kross is as always my minister of re-education.

Connor Macleod is the minister of silly walks.

We round out with Tembutt being first advisor to the king of the Natives.



Your right to Vote

Regardless of what you think of me in game and how you view me I actually take RL politics seriously. I vote in my local municipal elections, provincial as well as of course national. I work and pay taxes so I want my opinion represented through voting.

I won't attempt to sway anyone how to vote I will just encourage you to take advantage of your right to vote on Oct 19. I voted early in the advanced polls on Monday. I've voted conservative all my life and this is the first time I decided to go with the Liberals.
Harper has sat to long in power and like any party that's in power to long it becomes complacent and corrupt like the Liberals of the 90's. I really think that's all it really comes down to TBH. Not letting any one party sit to long on the throne.

I don't smoke the crap but pot should be legalized if it puts more dealers out of business and makes more money available to the country through control and taxation.



Jays win an Awesome Game 5

I consider myself a Jays fan just not an avid one. I rarely watch games and haven't watched seriously since Juan Guzman pitched back in the early 90's and Joe carter was god.

I hate it when there's only one Canadian team left in the playoffs and they all of a sudden become Canada's team. I say screw that I still won't cheer for the Leafs, Flames or Canucks. With the Jays as our only team now its something I can get behind.

I was definitely treated to a good one tonite in game 5 vs Texas. There was much emotion to toss around from the hate and anger of Texas 3rd run score to Bautista hitting the 3 run homer to close them out. Of course I can't forget the 3 Texas errors that made it possible in the first place.

Am glad I watched it. The Comeback is complete



No worries Canada I've decided to breathe some life into your Govt after all.
