I know many of you will be disappointed in me for what this article is going to be about but when you look at it we have a nice fun term of war. Its now time to settle our diffrences and start rebuilding our treasury and reserves.
I'm close to brokering a deal with USA and Spain for peace terms. Were just not built for an indefinate war with 2 superpowers as much as I enjoy warfare I know the nations limits. We have reserves to keep on fighting through another term but at this time with us being pressed for a deal its the best move.
Negotiations were not started by me but I let it be known through various channels that I was always open to talks. It took till a couple days ago for those talk to start.
There reality of the situation is USA is sick of our RWs and that was our strategy from day 1. Annoy and aggrivate as we can never really hope to win the war vs USA.
USA Terms
USA wants to maintain 100\100 resource bonuses and they need Quebec and BC to do so. As a sign of good faith while talks started they willingly let us retake our maritime provinces.
We must hold up our end of the agreement in kind as a sign of good faith we will stop opening up RWs in Baja, Quebec and BC. The whorehouse will be closing its doors if RWs open in these zones.
The terms of a deal have yet to be finalized but our opening offer has been tendered to USA. They requested 2 days to debate and they'll accept or we'll recieve a counter offer. Any deal will involve Quebec and BC and will require us to help them hold it in the response to RWs.
We won't accept any deal that won't be fair to our side as we need suitable compensation for the loss of our own bonus. The returning of taxes will of course be done as well.
Spain Terms
Spain has only one request of us they want us to move a large portion of our population to Aragon in Spain. The reasoning for this is if thats there highest population territory after we RW back Ontario there capital will move there. Its where they want there capital to sit.
I told Spain we can easily accomadate them in this endeavor. In return after there capital is moved we can RW back our remaining occupied territory. Its a very reasonable fair trade.
Upon reading this article immediately move to Aragon in Spain. Hopefully in 2 days time we can liberate Ontario when enough citizens are in place.

The eUS is gonna come back saying they agree to all of our terms, but we also need to break all ties with Serbia and Asteria.

I am not pleased that we must resort to diplomacy. It will allow them to keep believing - and proclaiming to the world - that Canada only exists because they allow it to be so. And my gut tells me that they will attempt to pull some kind of disrespectful power-play shenanigans, as Muglack says.
They approached us for peace don't forget that.
If they want BC and Quebec, the price must be high. They must give, or we must continue to take. Surely they know this.
And I'm not even a little bit kidding about Wild Owl begging for our forgiveness.

I understand your position but please, we're not the assholes here. We did an oopsie by NE'ing UK (I dislike even bringing that up). We said we made a mistake. Spoland and US said piss up a rope. And there you are. I consider it enough that they approached us.

Considering eUSA has already stated they won't talk if we continue relations with eSerbia then I feel this peace talk is already over.
Unless we're switching allegiances again this deal makes no sense. Giving up our sovereign territory to an enemy is unacceptable.
Been done before. Germany giving regions to Poland is a prime example. They co-existed as enemies for months with no problems.
You don't give up when the enemy is on the ropes, you finish him off so he doesn't come back again.
