To the people of eCanada, you have given me your trust this election and with great humility I thank you for this trust. In the coming days I will endeavor to make eCanada a reflection of your national pride. To follow the mandates and principles that I have outlined. To create a positive environment where no one's involvement will be denied or turned away.
With that said and the election concluded, I am proud to announce the Cabinet for December 2012.

Foreign Affairs is going to be a team effort this term. Although, Mary Chan and I will be handling specific parts hands on, this team will start with the revamping and running of the Ambassador Corps by our Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs. We have many friends in many different countries. It's time we re-unite with them and make advances in international diplomacy.

I will also be proposing a new Ministery. The Center of Canadian Intelligence. This organization will watch for and seek out any possible threats to the security of eCanada and report directly to the President and Congress.

It could work hand in hand with the MoE
There is no need for an official Ministry for a player to run a food support program.
Dr. of Souls has ran this program for a long time with out an official title or Government funding. Lets not start screwing around with a program that works.
@Crock DoS has everything managed, but he needs an official title! He has done a lot and nothing is going to be changed. We are just recognizing his work
also @Crock He would still have full Control of the MoH, it would just be to honor all the work he has done.

I prefer the idea of ministries like MoH being managed by private citizens independent of Congress and the Executive. It offers more stability and long-term vision than either of those other two groups can support. For example, Boomers is a program managed by Homer and not the Govt of eCanada and develops according to the interests of that group, so would be better left as a private initiative that gets Govt backing without oversight by the Exec/Congress.
😁^ plus it spans presidential & congressional terms - not being subject to their every changing whims. Also, with private initiative, it remains close to the heart of the founder(s) and more likely to survive longer term.
CSIS is cooler.

Thanks people, but i prefer be a non-government. Of course you can put me in all cabinets, but MoH (as i wish myself) will be non political part of eCan gov.
