[CP] Do Not Grieve

As the Country president of Canada I would like to express my apologies for the state of the war. When your the leader there are no excuses. Our citizens currently have no country or congress to call there own so as your leader the blame falls to me. I failed you.

We made several pushes against USA. The failed attempt at the Netherlands Mexico trade-off as well as the last couple days of trying to give the country a congress.
What we were met with was more tanks and to off set our last terms CO's success was better CO's on there side. Gotta give props when there due as they adapted and were determined. I was unwilling to match CO's as thats a weak use of our limited resources to an obvious wipe and to a superior foe that sucks its populace dry while feeding them lies of a PTO threat years old.
I made the call many times not willing to match or raise our CO's in hopes and a chance of small victories. I'd rather save funds for better odds and I stand by all my decisions.

All around we knew this was coming regardless of who was at the helm. I lie if DMV was at the helm he woulda sold us all out for a congress and 3 more articles of why we should fight harder.

Morale Booster



Exalted druids RW starter threads have been very productive and were put to use many times over. They will be an asset moving forward for any canadian govt.

I managed to raise over 300k cc in war funds over the last 2 months. We obviously never won the war but when people like DMV tell us to fight harder and give more I scoff because those that donated know. DMV donated zero to the govt and for all his BH's there exactly that his BH's.

When your a thorn in the side of USA policy to the point all there propaganda and media is all about you looks like were doing something right. You don't hear them talking about japan or France.

Foreign Policy
I'd be a poor leader if i didn't explore all options for our nation for peace and stability. Its obvious USA wants none of that.

From here on out our policy is annoy and distract.

It sounds like a weak policy but it isn't. If USA launches an NE on someone we push RW's on Quebec and Baja. If USA doesn't launch a NE on anyone we launch RW's on Quebec and Baja. You get the point.

This is now a war of attrition and being wiped puts the power in our hands. We've lost it all so now we have nothing left to lose except our citizens. So I ask don't lose heart and the fight for freedom will now commence.

I left the country during a wipe and its a stain I will constantly be reminded of by my enemies and political rivals. Regardless I'm here for the long haul no matter who's in charge and what they say.

I went outside my usual playbook and asked for terms from USA. That will never happen again as I was reminded of why i never do.

I'll be running for a 3rd term in April and will be leading from the front as usual. I may not be the leader you like or want but i've proven to put the time in and fight for this country.
