[CP] Article 2: Week 1

Hey guys, a day or so late but I was otherwise occupied yesterday, but here is week 1's update.

Finance:
Anthony Colby has been aware for a few days due to a family bereavement so we want to send our sympathies his way. As a result our budget for this term has been slow to develop but we are nearly there!
I have also created a Finance Committee to help advise myself mostly in financial matters. It includes moomoohead, Appleman and Anthony Colby.

Defense:
The 'List' for this month has been passed by Congress and includes; Uk, Chile, Croatia, Spain, Belgium, Turkey.

We have also renewed our MPP with Bulgaria and are awaiting to renew our MPP with Mexico.

Community:
Just finished the jigsaw game which I really enjoyed. Other really exciting stuff in prospect aswell, so look out for the articles.

Foreign Affairs:
Aoife has been doing a great job keeping close ties with our allies and has been well received by our overseas friends!

The Orgs have also been reset as is standard practice.
