An Update will be published when Congress pass a proposal to amend the Constitution

Congress have voted the following countries onto 'The List' for the month ending 10th September.

Chile : 10-0-0
Macedonia : 10-0-0
United Kingdom : 9-1-0
Croatia : 10-0-0
Spain : 10-0-0
Mexico : 9-1-0

As a results, government do not require a Congress discussion and/or vote to sign an MPP with these countries until the expiration of this list, which under the terms of the Constitution, is the 10th of the next month.
