He took 100k cc loan each from both me and gravity before even nominated for CP. And he promised to send that money in 20 days while taking those loan from both of us.



He returned 50k cc total before becoming CP, so it meant that he had the debt of 50k cc each from both of us.

Also, He was asking money for his CP term, as I don't keep any govt money in my acc, I told him to propose 400k cc law from treasury and take those money and use based on the need of the country along with the tax-return from other countries as well.



After that, the CP term period of him was continuing and I wasn't part of any of his govt actions (It was my volunteer decision, not to take part in his govt).

During this term, I asked him about his 400k budget spending logs and he told me that:



I protested against his budget spending on his own personal benefit in here as none of the previous CPs ever used the govt money for their own benefits rather than eIndian citizens.:



As i wasn't in the part of his govt, I told him to release that info publicly but he wanna shed that part unethically to the countrymen.




Trap:
Also, he made the whole budget complex by unnecessarily adding more variable transactions into the pool by saying this:



Which could be fixed easily. (P.S: He said he has a debt of 110k cc in the govt but do remember, he never returned those 110k cc to the govt till now, which made this whole point of this calculation voided.So, let's look ahead of this part.But do keep in mind that, he wanted to do this way but never did it.)

As a result, impeachment law was proposed and it was accepted with 75% of the majority votes (https://www.erepublik.com/en/main/law/India/239941)

As, he was no-longer the CP of eIndia and i had the accountability of that 400k cc govt budget i gave to him for that month, i asked him to show and pay the remaining budget back to us. And he showed this ss at that time:



Budget Calculation explanation by him:

He bought 1k Q7 Weps at 103k cc, Supplied 3 Q1 Houses to ppl for 25.5k cc, food reward for 5k cc, Gifted himself 2 Q2+Q3 houses for (35k+71.5k cc)

My question to you guys is that, why will the country pay for the Q2+Q3 houses to a CP as a contribution who rage quit for his personal interest from the discord and didn't help the country to win the titanium resource in the end and got impeached before the term ended??? None can justify that part. So, Those (35k+71.5k cc)should be returned to the govt as well and it can't be considered as govt expenses.

Return Calculation explanation by him:

He returned 500 Q7 Weps back to me. cc Sent to me 45k cc. and 169.5k cc later time.

Main part of this Return Calculation:

He returned me 500 Q7 weps which he showed as 130 cc each. But He bought 1000 at 103 cc each. So he tried to steal money via it based on his own provided excel Calculation sheet. Also, He only sent me 45k cc earlier times. Not that 169.5k cc for which I had to pursue him 3 days after impeachment is completed. Proof:



And in the end, i successfully managed to calculate the proper 400k cc budget info:

Final verdict of that Budget (After 3days when he returned that 169.5k cc back)

Wittyprakash Was given 400k cc in that Term.

- 103k cc was used by witty to buy the 1K Q7 Weps and he supplied them to the people. (I dunno whom he donated) (Used)
- 25.5k cc was used by witty to buy 3 Q1 Houses (Liberation Tiger, Kalari and Srijanak) (Used)
- 52k cc (500 Q7 Weps based on his buying price of Q7 Weps) is returned to me which i transferred to the next month's govt.
- 5k cc was used by witty for food in the competition reward. (Used)
- Total 214.5k cc was returned to me which i transferred to the next month's govt.

Total = 400k cc.

Thus, After days of hard-working, we successfully managed to get the most of the undamaged money from a wannabe Scammer CP from eIndia.

P.S: He didn't send any other money after that 169.5k cc to the govt or me/gravity till today. (his debt money what he claimed in his conversation, which he got from me/gravity or govt.)

Nowadays, He is blackmailing others to prevent the truth to be spoken. 🤣 🤣 🤣
