[BTA] Who's the hardest worker, the hardest fighter and the most motivated ?

Hello dear members of the Belgian Training Academy,

As of today and until the end of the week we will be recording your progress. Why ? Well, big brother is watching you, need to give meaning to having captains a commander and a second commander don’t you think ?

But let’s be serious. What exactly is it we are doing ?
Every day we will register your experience points and rank points.

You will be divided into 3 sections (regiment 1, regiment 2, regiment 3&4)
You will be divided into two categories for both things being registered
- Rank point increase winners per section based on the % increase for members with strength under or over 250
- Experience point increase winners per section based on the % increase for members under or over experience level 20.

Increasing in a category by 5% by Friday will earn you 1 Q5 weapon
Increasing in a category by 10% by Friday will earn you 5 Q5 weapons
Winning a category for your section will earn you 10 Q5 weapons
Achieving the highest killcount for your section will earn you 20 Q5 weapons

The winning section will receive an undisclosed amount of food divided by all members.

Next week the winners of each section will affront eachother in another contest where they will be able to win 100 Q6 weapons.
