The MoD will be someone who either spends hundreds of dollars of RL money on a mid-level tier country or someone who is not. Just because one person pays to play this game more than someone who does not does not make you a stellar MoD. And this is not to say you don't know how to war on this game, but you will always have an edge on someone who just doesn't give a hoot about paying to play.

It would be impressive if you tried your job without CO's though. Now that would be commendable and worthy of a fine MoD.

What job does the MoD have if he isn't using COs? There's barely anything else to it. SerF hasn't proved he is a stellar MoD through the amount he's spent, he's proved it through his dedication in going without sleep several times in order to monitor his COs and battles that we and our allies were involved in.

Will the MoBI pay for a few factories for me? 🙂

I think you might be overdoing it with the number of new ministries, it's a struggle just to get the current ones to do their jobs, but at least it's better than not changing anything at all, and some of the other weird CP ideas we've had...

It will be a bold move, but I feel that those in the ministries, I have worked with before in some capacity and will do a good job in pushing this forward. On top of this, I promise not to sleep for the term to make sure it all works 😛

Won't it be a bit of a waste of money? There is very little gain to be made in the dead Economy module, so there are probably more cost effective ways to help out players. Any money we have to give away should go to TGs and Contracts. The rest is essentially a waste of money

The way I see it is that factory grants should only be granted to those with maxed TGs, after you've got your TGs and a contract the only other thing to do really is upgrade your company crap to try and make yourself a bit more self sufficient. But getting companies before that point is a waste of time really, strength is much more important.

A lot of the new departments are trials to see if they make things better 🙂 That's the aim of the manifesto. MoF and MoBI will work closely together 🙂

BC is probably the best candidate so far, some really innovative and good ideas here.

Anyway, I suppose you look at BC's work with more scrutiny than I, which is why I think it's good and you think it's bad, which is fine.

Ministry of tourism sounds like a waste of time if I'm honest, but the rest of your department ideas could work in theory, so long as you don't go all out straight away like that daft national MU idea BigAnt had.

Care to elaborate, this is a rather generic bold statement without anything to back it up. Unless you have prior knowledge from Plato the only way to raise Capitol is to increase tax or conquer other lands for more taxes.

Basically this whole paragraph is about increasing people's production. Do you have any plans to offset this increased production against the already over saturated markets. Prices have been dropping for months.

Good idea, how will it be funded? I know from my multiple nhs supplier stints that income is done from fishing the monetary market and resource production and donations are needed more than ever. If this scheme will require a lot of donations then that could eat into the funds the nhs receives from private citizens. Do you have a plan to counter this?

As a 3 time former ambassador I always like to see this programme rebooted, how do you plan to attract dozens of people to join? The best scheme I participated on only had about 6 active members plus the MoFA.

How will it deal with congress? This department will require the good will of all elected congressmen. And also could you clarify how it deals with non game laws, as it's department will be elected by yourself and not the public so therefore shouldn't be dealing with any laws at all.

I think you hit all the potential issues with the manifesto on the head here, tbqh. From what I know of his plans, a lot of this is a trial or attempted trial, if it doesn't work BC will drop it or change it to be more workable.

I think trying and flexibility is key here, and, tbf, at least hes put a lot of thought into it. Still, your concerns mirror mine, and will be interesting to see if he ever pushes through them!

Main issue: He's in MU that sets CO against our allies, makes shouts to fight for PK and against our allies and its Commanders confessed he's a foreign government emissary here.

Does it not require a congress vote to join or leave an alliance anyway? So what's the point of stating they will be invited to vote?


Also I have another few questions outside your manifesto.

1) Under Alex's term you tried to gain access to all the orgs passwords when you didnt need to and you done it in an under hand manner that would have suggested an attempted robbery, screenshots can be provided. Why did you attempt to gain access?

2) Under Suezo's term you held talks with enemy nations behind our allies backs and attempted to secure a place in an enemy alliance potentially destroying our relationships with several countries who helped us numerous times. This was also done without congress discussion. If you where willing to do this why should we vote you into CP at a time where we need to build trust.

3) Can you address what appears to be the importation of federalist voters and you public ally trying to strengthen ties to a party in an almost hostile nation.

Don't forget he promised Canada our oil if they let us into LETO! lol

You can tell this is a decent manifesto as you've got Serf, Adastros and the DC crowd jumping on your back. When Wayne wades in, you'll know you've got them really worried 😉
