[AMP] Congressional Contingent

Hello America,

AMP is in a unique position this month for congress. Last month, due to Serbian tomfoolery, we did not have a congressional delegation. We were forced to sit on the sidelines. In the meantime, congress floundered. It took them 25 days to pass a budget. I’m not implying that AMP being in congress would had fixed this problem. However, we, as a party, and as a country, can do better.

For the party, there truly is no place but up. But, we will do more. We will not be content with merely having a congress contingent. We will only be satisfied if our delegation surpasses expectations and serves as a shining model for future contingents to attempt to match.

As a party, we have been putting all the pieces back together. By having a successful congressional election, and month, we will be able to signify our return to the political stage. That is a goal of mine, and of the party.

As a country, I hope that we will be able to return to the efficiency and effectiveness of a few months ago when budgets were passed quickly and decorum was upheld.

In the event that we, as a country, are wiped and do not have a congress election, AMP is prepared to adapt to the selected method of the sitting congress and help as best as possible. We hope this does not happen, but, are prepared in case it does.
