Join the new world

Well, I've decided I would run for congress this month in the state of Montana for the glorious AMP!



But I'm getting way ahead of myself on this one, I'm willing to bet that most of those going to the voting poll tomorrow in Montana will have no clue of who I am. I just arrived recently in the US in the hopes of finding new challenges and the prospect of having an honest team to play with. It's not my first trip in the US, and I've been with the US Army for more than a year now.

Oh, and as a disclaimer, I'd like to state that English is not my first language. So cover your eyes if you are too sensitive, as spelling mistakes will follow!

Prior to this, I've been in Canada for more than 2 years doing various things, amongst these were, President, Minister of Foreign Affair (4 terms), Minister of Defense (4 terms) and Second in command of the Canadian Army for many months. I've also partaken in various social projects like working as an eHistorian and starting a charity foundation that funded a q5 hospital in the province in which I was living.

All these make me confident I will be able to bring something new to the table, and hopefully, improve the life of the average American. I strongly believe that the fact that I'm an outsider will be a great addition to the next Congressional roster. I also know that I will have to work extra hard in the beginning, in order to fill the gap between what I know and don't of the eUS Constitution.

I do have quite a few ideas regarding retention, foreign affairs and working with the military. For once I'd like to see some different actions taken regarding player retention. This is to me, the most important thing in building a great nation. A good economy and a strong military will eventually fade away if your retention rate is not up to par. Most economists of the eWorld often disregard this factor in their country analysis. I will make sure we work hard on this.

While I've understood that MPP/Foreign Affairs proposal are mostly in executive hands, I won't make blind votes on every issue. I have a very large network of connections in quite a few countries, whether we are talking about Eden or TERRA. I intend to put them to use if given the chance. And with the recent problems we've encountered both in TERRA and EDEN, we could use a few cooler head in Congress. Let's fix this mess before ONE can fully recover and pound us to the wall! Diplomacy is a weapon, let's use it well.

About the economy, I think that what I would like is to see less money in the hand of the government and more to the people! If we look around a bit, we can see that eUS is one of the most taxed state in the world. This particular feat makes me wonder why we need so much tax. New player that begins are trying to get as much money as they can. I think that lowering the taxes would go a long way to help them, and thus, increase player retention. In this era of over production, I think we can all agree that older player can take care of themselves, unlike the newer one, who usually are the one not affiliated with any MU.

This is pretty much what my term will look like. I'm not going to lie to you about who I am. Neither will I conceal my intention about my 5g if I win, that money will go to the Chucky Norris training foundation. A foundation dedicated to training myself so I can deliver on average 1.5 Million influence every day.
