亲爱的朋友们，

A few months ago the players of eRepublik had a referendum on whether Kosovo should be added as a region of Serbia or as an independant country. After the voting was completed, we saw that 83% of Turkey voted for Kosovo to be added as an independant country. This caused a tremendous problem for us here at ONE HQ because Turkey openly voted against our most important member Serbia.
数个月前，玩鸡者们（雾）就科索沃是以塞尔维亚领土的形式还是以独立国家的形式加入游戏而进行了公投。当投票结束的时候，我们看到83%的土耳其人支持把科索沃作为独立的国家加入游戏。这在ONE总部产生了极大的问题，因为土耳其公然在科索沃问题上投票反对我们最重要的成员塞尔维亚。

Serbia could no longer accept Turkey as an ally or a friend and the Serbian people, army and government openly fought against Turkey. Overnight a long time ally of Serbia became their most hated enemy because 83% of Turkey voted for an independent Kosovo, because Turkey chose to vote what it believed in, and we here at ONE HQ felt that Turkey should be punished for voting against Serbia!
塞尔维亚不能再把土耳其看作盟友或者朋友，政府、军队和平民要公开和土耳其对着干。一夜之间一个长久的盟友变成了塞尔维亚最憎恨的敌人，因为83%的土耳其人投票赞同科索沃独立，因为土耳其没有昧着良心投票，因此ONE总部认为土耳其应当为此受到处罚！

To us here at ONE HQ, this 83% was unacceptable, and when a dispute opened between Iran and Turkey we made Iran a member of ONE just so we can punish Turkey.
对于ONE总部来说，我们不能接受83%这个数据，当一场关于土耳其和伊朗的争论发生之后，我们选择了伊朗作为ONE的成员，作为惩罚我们放弃了土耳其。

Of course, 83% Bulgaria also voted for Kosovo to be an independant country but now we see Bulgaria and Serbia working closely together..?!? Many of you have been asking me "why is Turkey bad with 83% but Bulgaria good with 83%?". Well my little ONElings, you don't understand, only 1% of Bulgaria voted for Kosovo to be an independant country but this was rounded up to 83% and let's not forget, Turkish 83% is alot more then Bulgarian 83%, especially when we need 100% of Bulgaria to fight for Serbian bonus's.
当然，83%的保加利亚人也投票支持科索沃成为独立的国家，但是我们现在看到保加利亚和塞尔维亚正在密切合作……？！？你们中的许多人都曾经问我“为什么对土耳其说不而对保加利亚说好”。嘛我的ONElings（译注：不懂求解析。），你不明白，只有1%的保加利亚人投票赞成科索沃成为一个独立的国家但是这个数据被四舍五入到了83%，并且不要忘记土耳其83%的人口要多于保加利亚83%的人口，更重要的是我们需要100%的保加利亚人来为塞尔维亚的资源加成而战斗。
