The eUnited States has just managed to have a "friendly" infusion of Turks in the Congress. At one point in time, those friendly Turks were wining 31 seats. Luckily the eUSA dodged the bullet in the last moment but that was very close.
Just in case the eUS decision makers are as clueless as their RL counterparts, being friends with eTurkey alienates both eGreece and eBulgaria, two countries for whom a war with eTurkey is a major source of baby-boom. Having a Congress where the Turks can influence the American set of MPPs ads insult to the injury of inviting Tukrey to PanAm.
eGreece had just sent a stern warning to eBrazil (who insists in having an MPP with eTurkey) by signing an MPP with eSpain: "Get your huahueuahahahue act together or next time when the Spaniards and come knocking to your door we might remember the Brazilians fought on the Turkish side" (eBrazil might get a double pleasure since ePoland is just a few provinces away and the Poles sent some of their tanks to help eGreece wipe out eTurkey just when the Brazilians were fighting hard on the wrong side of the war).
The eUSA has ePoland ready for lulz in just 3 days, eSerbia poised to come and liberate Texas (don't imagine for even a second eUK will be able or really willing to block the Serbs) and a rather pissed off Greek and Bulgarian public opinion.
Both eGreece and eBulgaria outgun eTurkey, so it's about time eUSA start thinking strategically. Thinking strategically won't hurt eBrazil either, but at least the Brazilians didn't stare a PTO in the eyes yesterday.

One of the key components of keeping this game interesting at the moment is creating a 3 alliance world as soon as possible. A bipolar world, with the current MPP rules, is extremely boring.

Actually what is happening is great, and the dumb admins have missed the implications again.
Soon the game will get away from it's xenophobic state in which the admins want it. Because you'll get different sides lobbying for different countries in all countries, not only the smaller ones as was the case before. In the long term this would mean that you'll get more and more transnational communities that develop and this will ultimately defeat the xenophobia "source of baby boom" strategy employed and supported by the admins of the game.
Turks are the key problem as they are NWO undercover puppets...
They tried PTO Russia some months before and now they tried PTO USA, they signed peace with Greece and breaked it the next day, about lazocheaters I want even talk, about their banned presidents even more, and there are many many other things...
For me only one thing is right:
Who want's to be their ally, cannot be my ally.

Correct me if I'm wrong but Bulgaria became a eRepublik Great Power thanks to the Macedonian-Bulgarian war. And based on what I read in your media (ako ti si spomnish, az govoria balgarski), most of your players weren't thrilled to see Turkey invited to PanAm either.
So to me it looks like nationalism is here to stay _and_ the owners of the game would try to milk it dry. The thing is the game itself becomes dumber and dumber so it would die not because the people reject nationalism but because they get fed up with the "features".

Once this Turkey-in-PanAm business gets sorted out I'm sure we'll see some unions in eRepublik. We've started by uniting with eMoldova and we'll gladly unite with Hungary one more time. You guys keep asking for it.

You might find out that's not the best choice to be made, if Poland and Spain come knocking. Turkey < Greece and Turkey < Bulgaria. So for sure Turkey < Greece + Bulgaria.

I am fully aware the failed Turkish PTO acted as an eye-opener regarding the _domestic_ policy. I know that as we speak, the Americans are getting organized and the next elections the Turks won't stand a chance (even though the battle will be tough).
The purpose of this article is to encourage you to see the bigger picture: the PTO is part of a bigger operation aimed at making the eUSA and eBrazil vulnerable to a NWO invasion. The Turks, both the PTO group and eTurkey act as a 5th column, causing you to lose 2 key allies before the attack.

Even if the Turks wanted an MPP, which I'm not sure they do, I for one would vote against it. They stabbed us in the back and are completely unpredictable because you never know who will come to power next.
As for Belorus, I personally would try to reach a rental agreement with you for 2 regions. But you did attack us and I'm not sure if you would be willing to rent. The only way to shut the war down is to conquer your regions, but I'm not sure what the point is. It's too much trouble IMO.
Jazar our Tanking in NoB will be nothing compared to the one in case of a new attack by the Spaniards. I personally regard Brazil and Turkey as one so it is a luxury for both to have a country on map.
