In this tutorial, we will track the way of all young players and if the following steps are accomplished, you can reach:
** Access to all game features
** 10 gold for reaching level 16 - 5 gold for level 6 and 5 gold for level 16
** 10 gold from medals - Hard Worker and Super Soldier
** Work skill level 4
** From work, with time, winning equal to 5 gold and even more!
** Strength 5
** Military rank Liutenant with 180% damage multiplication
** If you deserve it, you'll get respect from your coevals (and not only) in the game.

This manual will show you how to do it all, step by step.

I. First six days in the game - Baby, levels from 1 to 4

First days in the game are very hard, boring and poor. You don't win much from working, you don't have many features to use and you don't have much friends in the game. This is the time when most people quit and usually they do it the first day, but exactly these days are one of the most important for your quick ingame progress. Here are the first steps:

1. After you register, you must find a job. This happens through the Market -&gt; Job Market menu. Be sure that you are looking for a job for your skill level and, in the begining, the company must be Q1 (quality 1). Companies with bigger quality will reduce your wellness more and in order to make your first battle quickly, you need to keep your wellness at levels (this is the value next to the blue guy next to your profile) above 40. You must work every day in order to get forward in your job and build up your bank accounts.


2. You need to train - this works like that: My places -&gt; Training Grounds, with the button Train. For now use the base training only and don't pay for extra bonuses. The training reduces wellness with 1 point, but is very important for your future battles.

3. To get maximal improvement in your first day, upload your avatar, because for that you'll get experience point and reach level 3. Congratulations.

4. Buy food - it recovers wellness; buy Q1 or Q2 food through the Market -&gt; Marketplace menu. From the question mark button choose Food and buy from the chepest one on the market. If you want, buy more then one and you'll have for the next days.


This things must be done every day during your first six days in the game, until reaching level 5. Of course, you must do them later too, but in your first days they are vital. All this takes just few minutes a day. If you want, you can ask the others for some forums and/or chats available for your country.
Now is the time to look around for friends, to check the news and join discussions. Don't hesitate to ask about everything, now is the time to do it.

The baselines:
1. Work.
2. Train.
3. Keep your wellness high.
4. Follow the news, the forum(s), the chat(s).

II. &quot;Child&quot; fase - days from 7 to 16, levels from 5 to 13

This is an exciting moment for many players and for others, unfortunately, it's the time when they die, just because they don't know the basic rules for keeping wellness high.
In these days you can make your first battle and receive first prize in form of 5 gold for reaching level 6.
You can also get a bit better salary for skill level 2.

Follow the instruction for the previous fase as well, keep working and training. Here are the instruction on how to fight:

Before starting, I want to mention that every battle gives you 2 exprience points and is the chepeast way to keep your wellness high.
To fight, you don't need a weapon (it just helps achieving greater damage), but you need at least 40 wellness, you must have reached level 5 and also, it's necessary to have an active battle in the territory of the country or an ally.
If you don't have enough wellness, write a PM to your National Health System (if your country has one or at least an organization like this).

Let's start, ste by step (look carefully at step 6):

Attention! Carefully check if there is a hospital in the region where you are before fighting so that you don't get suprised!

1. Click &quot;My places&quot;, then &quot;Training grounds&quot;.

2. After you have trained, click &quot;Battles you can fight in&quot; to get the wars list in which you can participate and which are active at the moment.

4. You choose a battle (if they are more then one or follow the orders, if there are such) and click the &quot;Go to Battlefield&quot; button.

5. Now in the new window, just click the &quot;Fight&quot; button in order to participate in the battle.

6. After clicking бутона &quot;Fight&quot;, you get a window in which you can see the damage you made. If you want to fight again, click the &quot;Fight Again&quot; button and again as much times as you decide it's necessary. In your first battle ever in the game, fight just once and heal afterwards to get maximal health. Try to keep it around and above 90.

7. When you are finished with the fights, it's time to visit the hospital. Find the &quot;Back to battlefield&quot; button and click it.

8. You go back to the already known page with the battle but this time look for the &quot;Hospital&quot; label and click it.

9. You are now in the page of the region you live in, there is the &quot;Heal&quot; button, click it and you'll be healed.

10. You'll get the following message:


Important!
The hospital recovers wellness depending on it's quality. For example, if there is a Q5 hospital in Varna it will recover 50 wellness for you and if the hospital in Bourgas is Q3, it will recover 30 wellness for you. Each battle reduces wellness with 10.
Calculate well how much times to fight and how much will the hospital of the region were you are will recover for you.
The wellness regained from hospital doesn't depend on the number of fights. From this number is regulated the loss of wellness, 10 per fight.
Even if you don't heal right away, it's not fatal, you can do it until the eDay ends which happens at 10 AM Bulgarian time (I think it's 8 AM english, but I'm not sure), but if the last fight in which is participated ends, the hospital may not be used, so make sure to heal quickly. Hospital may only be used if you have fought before that, even you fight only once hospital will be used at full capacity. Hospital can be used too even when you move to other region, as long as you have fought and not used it in the same e-day. For example, if you fight in a region with no hospital, you can move to a region with Q5 hospital to heal yourself. Hospital can only be used once for the eDay

In this period, besides battles, at some levels you can do the following things:
1. Level 6 - you can now vote. Do it wisely and follow your own ideas and ideals.
2. Level 7 - you can be a party member.
3. Level 8 - you can have your own newspaper and give voice to your thoughts.
4. Level 9 - you can your own company.
5. Level 12 - you can run for congress.
6. Level 13 - you can found your own party or be a party leader.

Steps to congress

1. Candidature
1а. In order to candidate for congressman, you must have 100 XP (12 level).
1b. Your candidature must be placed butween 16th and 23th of each month.

2. How to place the candidature?
Click on , which can be found at the index page, each month between 16th and 23th.
2а. Go to the page of your party. Click &quot;My places &gt; Party&quot;.
2b. After you are there, the candidature is placed clicking this button:



2c. After clicking the button, this window will show up:



You have the opportunity to show a presentation, whether as an article in your newspaper, a forum post or a link to your eRep Wikipedia page.
By posting presentation, you can assure more vots for yourself.

After clicking &quot;Agree&quot;, if you get this message:
You have applied to represent your party in the congress elections in (your region). The party president will select the official candidates on the 24th.
You have successfully placed your candidature!

2d. Other
After you have placed your candidature, there are 2 other buttons.

Resign candidacy - remove your candidature, if you no longer want to run for congress.
Edit Presentation - change or update your presentation.

3. What's next?
3a. After the period between 16-23 passes, it's up to the party president to review the canditatures and choose the official candidates on his own.
3b. He has the right to remove those he thinks are bad, if there are more then the allowed number of candidates in a region.
3c. Only candidates from the five biggest parties can go to elections.

4. Good luck - elections coming!

5. If you win the elections, you get 5 gold and a medal. There is a tradition in eBulgaria, in which when the X person becomes a congressman, he donates his 5 golds to the country, keeping the medal to himself. If you like it, make it a tradition in UK, too.

5а. What can you do as a congressman, for your country?
- Vote law changes proposed by other congressmen and the president.
- Propose law changes.
- Accept citizenship requests.



In this period of your eLife, keep interesting in news, intensify your participation in discussions, build up your citizen pozition.


The baselines:
1. You can now fight; It's absolutely mandatory to heal after battle.
2. Keep your wellness high, above 90 points.
3. Involve in politics, run for congress.
4. Keep up your interest in the social part in the game.



III. &quot;Youth&quot; fase - days from 17 to 45, levels from 13 to 16

After you have passed problems with wellness and have learned to avoid them, you have won some money, you have learned the basic mechanic of the game, it's now time to build up your role in the society and to decide how will you develop in the game - whether you will participate in politcis or business, whether you will develop a journalism career or you'll try your luck at the battlefield, the choice is all yours.

Here is the whole scheme of your way in the game during the first month and a half:
(1) Day 6: Work skill 2.
(2) Day 8: Level 6 and 5 gold bonus.
(3) Day 16: Work skill 3.
(4) Day 21: Level 14, unlocks the president canditature feature.
(5) Day 28: Level 15; all game features unlocked.
(6) Day 30: &quot;Hard Worker&quot; medal, 5 gold bonus.
(7) Day 36: Work skill 4.
( Day 39: Military rank Liutenant, if you have mainly fought without weapon.
(9) Day 43: Strength 5, „Super Soldier” medal, 5 gold bonus.
(10) Day 44: Level 16 and 5 gold bonus.

V. FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions


+ How does my citizen eat?
- Once a day the highest quality food unit from your inventory is automatically consumed. Food can be purchased from the marketplace. Remember that in order to survive in eRepublik you need to eat and that you should always have food units in your inventory as it will influence your wellness level.

+ What is Gold and why do I need it?
- Regardless of the terminology used, eRepublik Gold represents a limited license right and is not redeemable for any sum of money or monetary value at any time.
The &quot;eRepublik Gold&quot; is needed to:
* create a newspaper (cost: 2 gold)
* create a party (cost: 40 gold)
* create a company (cost: 20 gold)
* buy export licenses for your company (cost: 20 gold)
* upgrade your company production quality (cost: minimum 20g)
* create an organization (cost: 5 gold)
* improve your wellness (cost: 2 gold)
* start an official war or a resistance war (cost: minimum 50g)
* obtain local currency from the monetary market (cost: depends on the exchange rate)


+ How can I improve my skills?
- Construction, raw materials and manufacturing skills grow according to the number of days you have worked in those industries. Each time you work your skill will increase with a certain value. For the military activity, strength is added each time you train.


+ How to fight? How to use the hospital?
- It's explained in details in the tutorial, read it well.

+ How is XP earned?
- Fights give you 2 points each, meaning allmost always 10 per day. Points are gained from working and training, 1 and 2 for each. This means that the bigger part from your XP comes from battles. From daily battles grows your rank and with it - the damage.
Points are also gained from won elections and voted law changes.
