I. ПРЭАМБУЛА

У дзень 4237 eRepublik ўрады Беларусі і Аб'яднаных Арабскіх Эміратаў дамовіліся аб наступным:

II. УМОВЫ

1. Беларусь арандуе Мінскую вобласць Аб'яднаным Арабскім Эміратам на працягу 1 месяца з мэтай падрыхтоўкі вайны з трэцяй краінай.

2. Арэндная плата:
2.1 Аб'яднаныя Арабскія Эміраты выплачваюць Беларусі 125 000 CC кожныя 7 дзён.
2.2 Аб'яднаныя Арабскія Эміраты кампенсуюць Беларусь падаткі, сабраныя ў арандаваным рэгіёне.
2.3. Выплаты ў дзяржаўную скарбнiцу кожны панядзелак.

3. Беларусь не пачынае і не падтрымлівае паўстанняў ў арандаваным рэгіёне і не будзе змагацца там, калі трэцi бок адкрые яе.

4. Калі ААЭ страціць арандаваны рэгіён у нейкі момант, Беларусь перадае яго ААЭ.

5. Пагадненне лічыцца сапраўдным з моманту падпісання і працягваецца да таго часу, пакуль адзін з бакоў не вырашыць скасаваць дамову і не паведамiць пра яго спыненне.

I. PREAMBLE

On Day 4237 of eRepublik, the governments of Belarus and the United Arab Emirates (later "sides") agree on the following:

II. CONDITIONS

1. Belarus rents Minskaya region to United Arab Emirates for 1 month for the purpose of a training war with a third country.

2. Rental fee:
2.1 The United Arab Emirates pays Belarus 125 000 CC every 7 days.
2.2 The United Arab Emirates compensates Belarus the taxes collected in the rented region.
2.3 Payments are made on Mondays.

3. Belarus will not start or support any resistance war in the rented region and will not fight there if a third party opens it.

4. If at some point, United Arab Emirates loses the rented region, Belarus will pass it to the United Arab Emirates.

5. The agreement is considered valid from the moment of signing and is extended by default until one of the sides decides and informs about its termination.
